We ship from Belgium across the European Union. Delivery times depend on destination and the piece — handmade objects may require additional preparation.

You will receive tracking once your order leaves the atelier.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Returns & withdrawal

EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Please also see our Refund policy.

Because each piece is handmade from natural materials, contact us before returning an item: office@bergez.com.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with hand tags attached. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue with care.
