Shipping
Delivery times depend on destination and the piece. Handmade objects may require additional preparation before they leave the atelier. We tell you before you confirm.
You receive tracking once your order leaves Ruiselede. Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs and estimates appear at checkout before you order.
We pack to protect natural materials. Please keep the packaging if you may need to return.
Returns
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because each piece is handmade, contact us before returning: office@bergez.com.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with hand tags attached.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. Damaged or incorrect orders: write within 48 hours with photos.
